Peter's hard work paid off!
Peter is an AMAZING resource and I will never book a trip without him ever. <br/><br/>We had a glitch with our latest booking where the resort we selected did not open in time. We were offered a sub-par replacement from the company and Peter was having none of it! He worked so hard through his extensive contacts to make sure we had the vacation of a lifetime. A travel agent is a MUST, and it should be Peter! <br/><br/>We've used his services numerous times now and he's hard-working, caring, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend his company. :)

First cruise
Peter is the best travel agent we have used. This was our first cruise booking, Peter was extremely knowledgeable and his advice was invaluable. Nothing was too much trouble and we would have no hesitation in recommending him, we will use him again.

Peter took the time to understand our needs , then very quickly provided us with a short list of wonderful options for our upcoming family Caribbean trip. He was prompt in responding to our inquiries also, even on weekends . The booking process was easy . We so look forward to this trip!!

Summer adventure in Lucerne
Peter was extremely helpful in extending a trip that I had planned to Switzerland. Although, we were short on time, he found a great hotel in the heart of the city, planned a tour to Mt Pilatus and a day trip to Grindewald, Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen and was also able to assist with dinner reservations. I wouldn’t hesitate to plan a future trip with Peter and will be sharing his contact with family and friends.

Bachelor Party for 18 in Cancun
I have worked with Peter to book several trips over the last 5 years. Most recently, Peter helped us organize a double bachelor party for 18 people in Cancun. Peter helped us in selecting the resort and in coordinating travel from 3 different Canadian cities. He also helped us navigate arrangements for 2 international travelers who weren't included in the flight package. We couldn't have done this without Peter. He acted as an intermediary when we had some challenges with Air Canada Vacations and always provided very thoughtful/detailed responses to our various questions during the planning period. The fact that we were able to get our entire group of 18 to Cancun and back without any big issues was miraculous and in great part because of Peter. He's not your run of the mill travel agent-he goes above and beyond for his clients. I'd recommend him to anyone.

A great trip thanks to Peter
Peter is exceptionally customer-focused, attentive, knowledgeable and responsive. He pulled together a great last-minute trip for us within a couple of days. He provided great options and made a solid recommendation on the resort we selected. It was great! Will use Peter for all future trips.

Peter was absolutely fantastic to work with! As a first time Mexico destined traveller, Peter took care of all of the logistics and made me feel so comfortable. A Honeymoon Trip Well-Planned
Thank you for providing us with a great honeymoon experience. You and your team planned an unforgettable trip to Italy. I've only travelled to Europe a few times so I was feeling a bit anxious leading up to the trip knowing that we would need to use a few train systems but with the support of Sharon we definitely felt confident that we'd make it to our destination despite any hiccups incurred along the way. The transportation logistics were seamless and the thorough itinerary made us feel very comfortable travelling around the city. We particularly appreciated the local recommendations (BouTIPS), which allowed us to find a few hidden gems in Florence. Overall we were very pleased with the experience. We'll certainly be using Boutique Escapes again in the future when we travel to Europe since it's clear that you and your team have an in-depth knowledge of the preferred locations to visit.<br/>Thank you!

Amazing trips, amazing service!
Peter has booked trips for us to Japan (Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto) and to Greece (Athens, Santorini, Crète) and to France (Paris). He takes the time to understand your interests so he can tailor his recommendations. As he is well-traveled himself,he can speak from personal experience and provide great recommendations<br/><br/>Peter takes care of all the stressful parts of travel (provided a full itinerary with transfer details etc) and also is there to manage any bumps along the way if they come up so you can you can focus on the fun and experience. <br/><br/>We will continue to work with Peter for our many travels and highly recommend his services and expertise.

Amazing service!
During our search for an all-inclusive vacation, I think we probably won the award for Most Changes of Dates and Resort Options but Peter continually offered up lots of options for our new search criteria until we found just the right one. If I sent a message to Peter, I heard back in record time every time.<br/><br/>He knew a ton about the trips and the options from first hand experience which meant a lot to us first-timers. Peter took into account our ages and interests and helped us find an amazing destination to meet all our needs. Amazing trip, excellent service
Peter was absolutely incredible and I have already referred him to a number of family and friends. This was my first time booking a trip through an agent (as opposed to on my own), and I'm so glad that I did. Due to weather delays in Toronto, our flight was delayed and our entire trip was put in jeopardy. Peter worked through the night to ensure that other arrangements were made and as a result, our trip went on without a hitch. I will be utilizing Peter for all of my personal trips moving forward.

Amazing vacation!

Amazing
Trying to plan a trip can be hard when you don’t know the area, where to stay or what to do. Peter made everything seemless. With about a year from when we booked to when we departed for our trip, Peter was amazing. His response time was incredible, answered all our questions and meet all our needs and more. Worked within our budget and provided us with great options and suggestions of places to stay that met our needs. Our trip was amazing because Peter was able to excute exactly what we asked for. I would definitely recommend Peter for booking your next escape and I am looking forward to working with him again on our next adventure.

Patient and Knowledgable travel agent
Peter worked with me to help me plan and execute a family vacation. This wasn’t an easy task as we had to please my husband, my brother and his wife as well as find something suitable for a 9 month old infant. He was very patient even when we changed our minds multiple times. He was also very knowledgeable and took the time to find out all relevant information. Would definitely recommend Peter to anyone looking for a great trip!
