Connie worked within our budget and destination goals for a driving vacation in Scotland that had to be wedged in between a family trip to Denmark and a small-ship cruise around Iceland. She quickly followed up on our questions, requests, concerns, and helped us shape a trip that made us very happy. When we thought there was a "hiccup" with the airport transfer in Glasgow, she was available by text/email which was most reassuring. She's a real professional and works to get you the results you request.
