Before becoming a travel advisor, I worked as an EMT and 911 Dispatcher. These careers taught me how to quickly find solutions to complex problems which is essential as a travel advisor. Europe by Land, Sea or River

Europe is a word that brings many meanings to many people. I enjoy all that is offered in the variety of countries within Europe. There are so many options to travel within Europe and I have been fortunate to have experienced Land tours, River Cruising, and Small Ship Ocean cruising. 
Land tours can be multiple days or even shore excursions from your sailing. Experiencing the History, Culture, People, and especially the Cuisine is fantastic way to immerse yourself in the country you are visiting. Food tours in Portugal have been my favorite with a private car and driver. 
River Cruising gives you the benefit of cruise amenities, like unpacking once for the entire trip, and ensures your accommodations are consistent. Sailing down the Danube can show you the various landscapes of many countries, as well as allow you to relax while being pampered by your cruise line staff. Have you ever wanted to experience navigating a lock on a river? It is a fun and unique event that will give you stories to share. My time sailing the Danube for 14 days was fantastic!
Small Ship Ocean cruising is taking the cruising experience and making it more intimate and personalized. Sailing with fewer guests enhances the staff to client ratio, gives you a slower paced time on board to enjoy dining, shows, and activities. I personally enjoy meeting more of my fellow cruisers, and seeing their talents during karaoke or other fun activities. 
Europe offers so many opportunities and variety of travel. I will be doing much more of my travel in Europe.
