Scuba Trip
We booked with a scuba diving group to Bonaire and a few months goes by meanwhile up comes our itinerary trip meeting where we were handed our airline flight tickets to include seat numbers. Unbeknownst to us, the airlines booked my wife and I in the back of the bus. I called the airlines to inquire about our complimentary seat upgrades using our frequent flyer number and they confirmed the extra leg room for both outbound and inbound flights are confirmed and honored. We never received an email confirmation, so this is where I called our travel agent Bolds Travel & Tours to get involved. Due to us booking with our diving group, we weren’t able to use Bolds Travel & Tours. But, despite no commission being made, Beverly stepped up and spent her morning on the phone with the airlines. I just revived a text from Bolds Travel & Tours stating this “Done and you are listed for complimentary upgrade to first class.”

THE BEST TRIP
Beverly took the time to meet with us and develop the place, timeline, and details of our honeymoon. Due to covid, we wanted to work with someone who had experience and could help us navigate through the flight cancellations, reschedules, and covid travel requirements. This honestly was the best trip of our lives! Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed every minute of it. Our first River Cruise
This was our first river cruise although not our first trip with Beverly. She took care of everything -as always - and we booked the trip without hesitation based on her recommendation. Our Uniworld ship had all the comforts of a 5 star hotel and we did not have a single travel mishap. Thanks Beverly for another great trip!

Beverly was very helpful in helping us celebrate our 45th anniversary. She found us a wonderful Hotel and had information on different things to do. Because of a family member’s health we had to cancel our first attempt at this trip just a few days before we were supposed to go. She got us refunds on everything and we rescheduled it a month later.

Alaskan Wilderness Adventure
After looking at all the big cruise ship itineraries, we were disappointed with how little time we would spend onshore in Alaska. With Beverly’s assistance, we selected Uncruise. Beverly helped us make all travel arrangements for the cruise ship including transfers from the airport to hotels. She also helped us with a cruise extension to see Denali which covered lodging and most of our meals. We highly recommend using her to book your next vacation.

The trip of a lifetime that went as smooth as silk
From the moment we reached out to Beverly we knew we were in great hands. Our trip up the Rhine to the Christmas markets went smoothly and every detail was handled; we had no worries. Beverly booked our cruise and airfare with Viking. She saved us money with transfers when we backed the trip up a couple of days prior to the trip. Our transportation was wonderful and they were there waiting for us. If you want someone to take care of you from the get go, answers every single question in a timely manner via not only emails but calls to speak to you about anything, Beverly is your gal! Our DREAM honeymoon to Greece!
Beverly helped make our honeymoon to Greece an absolute dream! Our trip started in Santorini, where we stayed at the most beautiful hotel. The hospitality and extra touches made our stay so special to start our honeymoon. She also helped us book a catamaran cruise to see the most spectacular sights around the island! Every transfer was seamless as we continued our trip to Mykonos. Again - our hotel exceeded all of our expectations. We continued our trip to Paros - which ended up being our favorite island, just breathtaking - until we ended our honeymoon in Athens. Our itinerary was perfect, and we are so grateful for Beverly’s expertise on Greece and organization in planning the best trip. Spring Break 2024!
Beverly did a wonderful job helping us plan our spring break with our three teenage children. She worked within our budget and found us at an amazing all-inclusive resort in Playa Del Carmen. Honeymoon in Italy
Beverly was wonderful! Beverly assisted us with booking flights, hotels, and tours. Her expertise came in handy when figuring out where to begin and the types of activities to do while we were there. There were also beautiful personal touches along the way, including a handwritten note from Beverly during our final hotel stay. We really enjoyed the tour Beverly put together for us, including a private cooking class in a villa in Sicily, touring the Duomo, and going underground at the Colosseum. Beverly was also very responsive when we had questions or wanted to make changes to our itinerary. We would recommend Beverly and her company to others.

The best vacation adventure ever !!!
This was our first international trip any where overseas and in this case Rome, Italy & Paris, France over 11 days. Beverly totally knows how to plan a trip down to the finest details and is well versed in international world travel. My wife and I were completely educated and prepared by Beverly about the culture, customs and even warnings about the threats of pick-pockets in Italy and France. From Tips to partnering banks connected to my US bank to get Euros with my debit card at a better exchange rate over just any ATM. <br/>Beverly watched over us like a caring mother as my wife described with constant email reminders and updates about our travel itinerary from before we left the US to getting back on the plane coming back home.<br/> American Express use to have a commercial that said about there card “Don’t Leave home without it” !!!<br/>Well We say “Don’t take a trip without Beverly” !!!<br/>Thanks Beverly and Hubby Mitch for a life long memorable experience!!!

Amazing European Honeymoon
Beverly was AMAZING at planning our European honeymoon! She was very knowledgeable, stayed within our budget, and planned the most perfect honeymoon exceeding our expectations. We started in Rome, went to Positano, then to Mykonos and ended in Santorini! Each hotel was BEAUTIFUL and the hospitality exceeded our expectations! Everything promised/included in our honeymoon package was delivered upon, with special touches at each location! Beverly was easy to reach and even responded promptly when I had a question pop up on our trip. Could not have asked for a better trip! She set up all transportation, including train, transfers, ferry and flights, and assisted with contacting the concierge prior to our trip for more assistance with picking a boat excursion. Beverly assisted with setting up a spa treatment and time prior to the trip as well!! Thank you Beverly and I look forward to working with you in the future!

Beautiful and Relaxing Honeymoon
Beverly was great to work with! She definitely knows her stuff and provides great detail and is very consistent with communication. Beverly also was always willing to answer any questions I had. About 3 weeks before my husband and I were supposed to go on our honeymoon to the Bahamas, Beverly informed us that the place we were going to be staying at would not be opening back up again. Beverly immediately gave us several suggestions and got all the paperwork turned around very quickly. Everything worked out perfectly and we had a wonderful time in the DR on our honeymoon.

A trip done right!
I just got back from a 2.5 week trip exploring: Prague, Salzburg, Vienna, and Budapest. The logistics behind lodging, transportation, and tours can often suck the fun out of travel. In partnering with Beverly for my trip it was easy and seamless. I was able to focus on being present on my trip and enjoying the time I had abroad. <br/><br/>Prior to leaving for my trip I had some issues with the rail ticket company she had helped us pre-order from. While she was on her own vacation she made it a point to resolve the issue with the company and proactively followed up to ensure we had a great time. <br/><br/>I have worked with many travel advisors over the years and Beverly was first class when it came to knowledge and expertise. 10th Birthday Trip!

Fantastic European Vacation!
My husband and I received a brochure in the mail from Bolds Travel about deals on Norwegian Cruises. We were particularly interested in a European cruise that started in Barcelona. We contacted our friends from another state and they were interested as well. We contacted Beverly Olds and knew we’d found the right person to help us with our trip. Beverly was so helpful in answering our many questions and she secured all of our travel so efficiently for us. We flew into Barcelona a day early to do some sight seeing and Beverly made reservations for us at Hotel Sofia, which turned out to be a really great hotel experience for us. Beverly checked in with us all through the planning stages of the trip as well as during and after the trip. We will definitely use Beverly Olds in the future for our travel plans and would recommend her to anyone.

Beverly made our vacation a true vacation.
We took a family cruise for the first time going on one. I didn't have to do a thing but show up and get on board. They were even there with a wheelchair to help me get through the line and board. The excursions were all booked for the grand kids and they were delighted. Beverly also went over with us how things were done on board so we would know were to go for what. The cruise line had splint my family up for the dinner meals. One call to Beverly and we all had dinner together. Thanks for a wonderful time. We are ready to go again.

Beyond Awesome Experience
Not only were Lucy and Claudia were amazing but the crew as well. From the airport and to the airport the tour could not have gone any smoother. I cannot say enough good about the whole experience. Traveling alone can be quite scary but gadventures relieved my fear and took away the stress. Lucy and Claudia were very patient with me as I had a difficult time but I made it and they were there every step of the way. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience. <br/>“Fantastic”<br/>

Beverly is fantastic
Beverly has helped me with travel arrangements for several years and I strongly recommend her to anyone who needs assistance with travel. She is a seasoned professional who understands the intricacies of the industry and she remains calm and collected if/when things get messy. She has helped me out of a few jams like a pro.

Fantastic and a professional!
Since 2008 Beverly has been the exclusive travel agent used for all my corporate travels. She has always responded to my needs and when issues happened she was there to fix it or guide me as to what to do. She has been available 24/7 with the knowledge needed to make things happen.

Easiest Trip Ever
Beverly is wonderful! She thought of things for us to do on our trip that we did not think of or know about. She covered every step of travel, from airport to airport. Even our sight seeing events were arranged so that we knew what "big things" we didn't want to miss. So easy and she kept in touch to ensure that nothing fell through the cracks. Three-weeks out and I have all the confirmations, tickets and bookings for 7 days of FUN! <br/>

Crazy Travel Schedule
All of my business and personal travel for the last many years has been booked by Beverly. I can't count the number of times she has stepped in and saved the day. When you travel 100,000 miles a year your going to face flight delays due to weather, late or canceled flights. She is always three steps ahead by having me either rebooked on the same airline at a different time or resigned to a different airline to get me to my destination. I fly across country for most of my travel so flying direct is impossible. I might be in the air and unaware of flight issues until I land at my first stop but Beverly already has me taken care of. As my plane is landing on the tarmac I'm receiving a text from Beverly telling me what she has me rebooked on. (awesome service!!!)

Makes my travel so much easier
Knows the best routes
Knows which airlines offer the best deals and I wouldn't use anyone else!

She makes every trip enjoyable, never let me down.
I have had the pleasure of working with Beverly Olds for over 10 years. She has assisted me with travel, both work related and for pleasure. In both instances she has provided a valuable service, professional demeanor and an unmatched "can do for the client attitude." I took a recent trip with my wife, daughter and two grand children to Key West Florida. Beverly was contacted to book the trip, lodging, car rental and flights to and from. Once she was advised of our plans, there was nothing for me to do except travel and she saved me a considerable amount of money. I wouldn't travel without her assistance.<br/><br/>Ron

Fantastic experience!
We were referred to use Mrs. Beverly Olds to book our first family vacation. She was extremely helpful and always got back to us with answer to our questions in a fastly and professional manner! We had a great hotel during our stay and enjoy our day at Sea World! We will be using Mrs. Olds again in the future!
