We booked with a scuba diving group to Bonaire and a few months goes by meanwhile up comes our itinerary trip meeting where we were handed our airline flight tickets to include seat numbers. Unbeknownst to us, the airlines booked my wife and I in the back of the bus. I called the airlines to inquire about our complimentary seat upgrades using our frequent flyer number and they confirmed the extra leg room for both outbound and inbound flights are confirmed and honored. We never received an email confirmation, so this is where I called our travel agent Bolds Travel & Tours to get involved. Due to us booking with our diving group, we weren’t able to use Bolds Travel & Tours. But, despite no commission being made, Beverly stepped up and spent her morning on the phone with the airlines. I just revived a text from Bolds Travel & Tours stating this “Done and you are listed for complimentary upgrade to first class.”

We took a family cruise for the first time going on one. I didn't have to do a thing but show up and get on board. They were even there with a wheelchair to help me get through the line and board. When you travel 100,000 miles a year your going to face flight delays due to weather, late or canceled flights.
