Lori was very kind and patient during the process, we didn't have insurance on our trip but she managed to get us a full refund and didn't charge us for the booking! I can't say enough about how professional and dedicated Lori was in making sure our trip to Punta Cana was a success. Initially Lori helped us confirm a pre-pandemic Delta Vacation voucher was still good and could be used.
