I've worked with Shannon for over a decade. She's booked many vacations, from cold weather ski trips to sunny tropical vacations. The most recent trip (Feb 2020) to Jamaica was our 4th time, 3rd different resort. All was wonderful, Shannon ensures all details are addressed from meet and greet service, transportation to and from the resort, airlines, the works! I would urge anyone to use her services. Shannon was a wonder and a blessing! Our cruise trip was original planned /booked in early 2020 before COVID. She would check in with us periodically and once Disney travel restrictions were revised, Shannon immediately let us know what was available and requirements that was needed for us to have a safe cruise trip. Shannon was attentive to all our COVID questions for our cruise and what we would expect once we arrived at the cruise terminal. She help greatly in making this COVID trip less stressful for us.<br/>Our November 2021 - 7 days to Virgin Island and Castaway Cay cruise was wonderful - Shannon had prepared us well in what to expect and with her guidance we had no issues in boarding the Disney Fantasy. Social distancing was practice and CDC guidelines were followed by all Disney crew on board. Even with all the changes on the cruise ship - our trip was overall very relaxing and much need vacation time. I did miss dining with other passengers because of the social distance.

Shannon was very thorough with designing our itinerary as discussed, our trip was fantastic. Everything was as communicated, really liked doing the 2 islands, Oahu and Maui and in that order. All hyped up starting vacation, so Oahu being the first stop was great, and then heading to Maui to relax on backend of vacation.
