Francine listened to what we wanted to do on our trip and made it happen. We loved the hotels she chose. They were very convenient. She took the stress for us out of a big trip.

Francine did a fantastic job in planning a trip for the two of us to Australia and then for four us us (two of our grown children living in Australia) for a week vacation to Tasmania. All lodging there was fantastic, no issues and it made for a wonderful trip. She thought of everything. Also, it was from her recommendation that we took out an extensive insurance plan that ultimately saved us about 90% of our money when before we we to travel, my wife broke her leg and we had to postpone the original trip for 9 months. Overall, our trip was during the Australian summer and lasted for about 40 days.

Francine uses all her knowledge and contacts in the industry to find just the right trip for you. She's put together three cruises along with sightseeing, hotels, etc. and everything was even better than expected. Always covers the smallest detail and doesn't leave the slightest issue to chance. Even though I'm comfortable making a lot of mine own travel arrangements, I especially like leaving the big trips, like cruises and such, to her because I know it will be done right.

She is very helpful. If you have a question she doesn't know the answer too, she will find the answer in a short amount of time and get back to you. I have many friends that travel and I always recommend to my friends that they at least call Francine before booking their trip to see what she can do or them. I'm guessing but think she usually gets their business. She is Always in a great mood and I look forward to book my next trip using Francine. She works hard to ensure you trip will be a hit and one you will remember for years to come.

Francine helped me put together a trip for 6 people to Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. There were 14 flights, 1 helicopter ride. She listened attentively to what sort of trip I wanted and then did a supurb job putting it together. I have recommended her to friends ever since and they have all been pleased.

Francine had booked several trips for me and my friend.Land tour to South America and on the flight back we got stranded in Georgia because of Hurricane Sandy.Francinecalled to check on us and at her end tried to help us out.She had book cruises for us the latest one is this upcoming April.As always she tried to get us the cabin we want. in short she tried sort of comparison shop for us to get the best deal I had known Francine only for the past 3 years. In the past I use to do my own research on any trip we plan .Now with Francine,all I do do is call her. And she does the research for me

Tours took place on time, without a hitch, and were conducted with quality/qualified guides. No aspect of a trip was left forgotten. Payments are politely handled efficiently. All travel documents are delivered in sufficient time. Francine is diligent about following up with us to make sure our plans are in place and we are prepared. I have never had to follow up with her. She concludes each trip with a phone call or email to follow-up on how the trip was. Francine has a network of colleagues that provide outstanding service.
