Shirley is always consistently exemplary. She has made all of the necessary arrangements for my friend and myself for at least four European trips. She takes time to review existing flights to make sure that we have ample time to make our flights and offers suggestions for changes to reduce stressful situations. She is always available for questions and is always helpful, efficient, and considerate.
