Bucket List Trip
She makes the whole process very easy and gives options for your trip. The idea came and within a few hours we had pricing and options to make a quick decision. She came up with a list of activities that gave us some options on what to do in the city. Before the trip we sat together and went through all the documentation to make sure there were no questions. We had an issue with the airline coming home and Alicia made sure to check in with the airlines and made the trip home as comfortable as possible by getting us into an executive lounge to rest comfortably on our layover. She would check in with the airlines to make sure all the arrangements were correct so we wouldn't get any more surprises. Will not travel without an agent on our side.

Wonderful Destination Wedding
Alicia was very helpful and always quick to reply to emails. She organized an excursion for our trip before we had even left home to a cave tour and rum distillery. She did a great job organizing all the different cities people were flying out of to come to the destination wedding. It was a wonderful trip away. Loved it all. Our hotel was Bahia Principe Esmeralda. It was beautiful and well cared for. The employees were all very friendly and tried to remember our names. The only person who wasn't friendly was the agent with Air Transat at the hotel. He was not impressed that my daughter and I had booked an excursion from home instead of with him. So the next 2 excursions we took we booked with someone else at the hotel who was happy to get our business. We had a great day going to Santo Domingo and another on a Catamaran snorkeling.

I used Alicia to book a river cruise for my husband and I’s honeymoon because I saw online that she specializes in them and I have no experience with them. I am so glad that I did. She alerted us to a change in embarkation port that I may not have seen on my own until last minute. Alicia is the best! We knew we wanted to do a European river cruise but we didn't know when or exactly where we wanted to go. Working with Alicia was awesome. Alicia is truly remarkable at making any trip completely seamless and stress free. When our flight out of Edmonton was cancelled due to cold weather which made us miss our connecting (once a week) flight to Kauai she instantly took control and turned a bad situation into a positive experience. She looked after every detail. She secured seats for us on a flight the next day to Honolulu and then arranged inter island flights to get us to Kauai after we enjoyed spending the night on Waikiki Beach in a hotel (booked by Alicia) with the most amazing view of the beach and Diamond Head. We would have been totally lost in this situation without Alicia!! She is the BEST!

Westjet Nov 5 Fiasco
So WJ had a major computer failure on Nov 5 … stranding people around the world. We were lucky our flight never left YEG after 2 delays and boarding the aircraft. Alicia spent in excess of 20 hours on the phone with WJ trying get us ti Cancun with no luck. WJ finally did a complete cancel after 48 hours and ssid they could not accommodate us at all. Alicia ensured we got prompt and full ticket refunds and registered us for the $1000 compensation as called for in the CDN pass. Rights legislation. It will likely be a fight with WJ on that one, but at least Alicia get us our ticket refunds asap.

One of the best ways to judge a person is how they manage themselves in a crisis and boy did we have a crisis. On our trip to Barcelona Alicia made sure we had all the information we needed for our trip but of course none of this prepared us for the Covid-19 outbreak and the urgent need to leave Spain. There were 6 people in our trip, 3 couples, each had booked through a different method. 1 booked on their own, the other a different agent, and us through Alicia. Before things even became critical in Spain Alicia was in contact with us keeping us aware of what was going on and how things were escalating. When it became obvious it was time to leave Alicia calmly made all the arrangements for our changed flights and even knew of a perfect hotel for our layover in Amsterdam (a place we loved so much that we cannot wait to go back to). While we were relaxed knowing everything was taken care of the others faced being just a number in a queue. I would highly recommend Alicia!

The planning and attention to detail from the start was very impressive. I felt at ease with Alicia handling my dream vacation. Then on the day of the trip we had some heavy fog roll in and my departure was cancelled. Feeling very stressed and quite concerned that the wait for the fog to lift so we can make our connecting flight wouldn't make it. So I called Alicia for help. Best move ever! She was on the problem and worked with us to secure an alternate transport. She saved the day!<br/>Also, when it came time to deal with my insurance company for the travel issues, Alicia was right there to help out with the process. Totally above and beyond service.
