Exceptional (Large) Group Trip!

Lauren is always so helpful. She is never pushy but rather listens to the complicated list of "needs" we have when traveling with a large group. We traveled with around 30 people and she always find a way to add personal touches to each individuals experiences.

Best trip to Italy!

Lauren is top notch when it comes to planning a trip. From the minute I ask for information on a trip, to finalizing details, she is always eager to help. My recent trip to Italy was the best trip I have taken by far. She planned every detail. We had the best accommodations, the most amazing tour guides, and the activities and transportation were perfect. Everything was organized onto an app and she also made sure we had paper copies of our itinerary. She did not miss anything. She is amazing at what she does and I will definitely have her plan another trip for me in the future. She makes travel seamless.

Italian lovin

Lauren was such an incredible travel agent. She listened so well to all our requests and wants and made sure we liked It all before she booked it all! Most importantly she was SO available to us. We went to Italy and had questions about adding certain things and she was so quick to respond. All of the hotels she picked were so incredible especially for the budget we had given her. And she emailed and sent us a physical copy of our whole itinerary which was so great and organized to help us find tickets to events and even the names of our hotels including any special instructions that we might need. Definitely go to her with all your travel needs! Made our trip so much more smooth and special than we could have done on our own

Italy trip--perfection!!

Lauren is so thorough, organized and knowledgeable about Italy. Everything she arranged for us was perfect! Drivers were on time and personable, experiences were unforgettable, hotels were beautiful and welcoming. She was so patient, during the planning of our trip and even kept in touch with us on our trip. Amazing!!

A Perfect Bucket List Trip!

When we first started planning our trip of a lifetime to spend two weeks in Italy, we were told by some friends that Lauren had special experiences with travelers to Italy. We had used Lauren for a few other trips, and they went perfectly, so we decided to contact her. She was amazing right from the start. She wanted to know what we most were interested in, what our budget was, and how long we wanted to stay. After several conversations, she gave us several itineraries to think about. More importantly, she gave us great advice on things not to miss, and how to fit everything we wanted into two weeks. She arranged our whole trip and once we left, everything went absolutely perfect. There were 8 of us, so she arranged not only the best airfare and hotels, but personal guides all the way through. We traveled by car, van, boat, rail, and air, and never had a thing to worry about. Her guides were simply amazing! Experts in their field and lots of fun. Highly recommend Lauren!

Sister Trip to Italy

When I began planning my first ever trip outside the US, I had initially contacted a different travel agent and things fell through. AM I EVER GLAD THEY DID!!! A friend of mine suggested contacting Lauren Robbins at Second Wind Travel and that was the best advice I've ever received. Planning a trip like this can be overwhelming and Lauren made the entire experience a joy! Lauren has extensive knowledge of Italy and could have planned the trip she thought was best, but she took the time to ask questions and learn about my expectations and desires for the trip. She absolutely nailed it! The entire process was effortless for us and every detail was planned and executed perfectly. I had to contact Lauren a couple of times while in Italy and she was quick to respond and assist even though thousands of miles away. I highly recommend Lauren Robbins for your travel plans to Italy!

Seamless Honeymoon with Second Wind Travel!!

I would recommend a Second Wind Travel 10 times out of 10! Getting married is stressful enough without having to plan for the honeymoon. Lauren made it extremely easy for us! She found us a beautiful all inclusive resort in Jamaica and took care of all of the international flight arrangements for us. Everything was seamless! The resort was one of a kind, absolutely beautiful. All of the flights were perfectly spaced. She sent everything directly to my mailbox or to my email box. She took all of the stress out of the travel and she made it an experience that we will never forget. She even sent us a check list of things to remember to bring. I will definitely be using Lauren in the future and I will be referring anyone who is considering traveling to her! Thank you! Thank you for everything!
