This is the third trip Laurie has planned for us. We spent 24 days touring England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Ireland. It was a seamless trip - no issues whatsoever.
The guides we had in both Northern Ireland and Ireland were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, experienced, fun - and with our permission, showed us some sights "off the beaten track".
The hotels were great - especially the Kimpton Charlotte Square in Edinburgh. It was easy and convenient travelling by train - as was our flight from Edinburgh to Belfast.
Seeing a performance of The Phantom of the Opera in London was a highlight.
Laurie sets a high standard and she always delivers. She has extensive knowledge, experience and expertise and she listens carefully to what her clients want. She meticulously planned every aspect of our trip and it was an outstanding trip - and completely worry free.

We had a great time in Costa Rica – it’s such a great country. Thanks for organizing. Excursions- All great, well-timed, and great guides. The catamaran tour was a bit long and large boat. Transfers - All great, on time, friendly drivers (great info provided), Hotels - Kioro – generally good, but I think the resort is getting a little tired and probably overdue for a reno. Monteverde - very nice hotel and great and helpful staff, beautiful property, nice to have hiking trails around the property. Andaz - Beautiful, loved everything about it – room location, pools, beach, staff were great; great gym, shuttle to the nearby beach. Great to have 4 restaurant choices on the property – we tried them all!

Laurie was very responsive which gave me peace of mind especially with things still changing in Europe. The day we departed to Amsterdam, while Laurie herself was on vacation, there was a train strike and resulting cancellation that affected our connection to Paris. Laurie was on top of it! We met others on our trip who didn't use an agent that had no idea about the train strikes going on that affected their tickets. Laurie picked fantastic hotels for us and very quickly in the process I trusted her expertise. We had no issues with any of the excursions/tours/hotels/transfers at all during our 10 days travelling. Our highlights in Amsterdam were the wine & cheese canal cruise and the Anne Frank house. In Paris, the Toot bus that Laurie recommended ensured the best first view of the Eiffel tower and the Arch de Triomphe. Laurie arranged a private guide to meet us at our ship and give us a tour and the history of Malta and it,s culture. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, very open to questions, considerate and friendly. We enjoyed a delicious lunch of Maltese cuisine at the very popular Bakery before returning to our ship. Laurie was an amazing help in planning our vacation. I gave her our budget and what we were looking for for our vacation. Laurie was super quick to get back to me with a lot of different destinations to choose from. She was always there with a quick response anytime I had questions, This was my first time travelling to the Caribbean and she gave me a ton of information on what I should pack/bring with us. When we had issues with our hotel on the first day, I sent her a message and she got back to me right away giving me advice on what I should do and say. She made planning our vacation a joy.
