One of the most iconic trips a family can take is to Disney and it can also be one of the most overwhelming. I love helping families experience the magic of Disney all over the world without the stress. I help families plan every aspect of their Disney trip from arrival to departure so the client can focus on just having fun. I have traveled numerous times to Disney parks and stay up to date on the constant changes happening at Disney. I know how a person’s visits to Disney can change from that first trip with their toddlers, to the trip with school aged kiddos, then teenagers, and then a chance for the adults to enjoy time at Disney on their own before they start to travel to Disney with the whole extended family, grandkids and all. Disney is a product that appeals to everyone no matter the age and I help clients find the perfect fit every time they are visit based on both professional and personal experience. I have helped hundreds of clients travel to Disney and have been recognized as one of the top selling Disney agents within my nationwide travel organization.
I can do as little or as much as a client would like for their Disney trip. Some clients prefer that I just help with the big things like booking the resort and park tickets and airfare. Other clients also want help making dining reservations and some clients want a daily itinerary developed for them. I will do as little or as much as each client likes.
I also have extensive experience helping groups plan trips to Disney whether it is for a family reunion, sports team, or school trip. Each group is a little different at Disney and I will make sure the client is getting the product that fits them best.In addition, I can help you experience other Disney products like a Disney cruise, an amazing trip with Adventures by Disney, or visiting Aulani resort in Hawaii. We all picture the parks we know and love when we think of Disney but there are so many other options for an amazing Disney vacation.

Awesome Disney Trip
Meghan was fantastic to work with while planning our Disney trip. We had been there before but our usual hotel was booked. Meghan was very knowledgeable about other locations and made suggestions based on what we said we wanted. She gave us pros and cons of each hotel and we ended up at a lovely location. Dream Australia Trip!
Meghan was wonderful to with with! As we were planning our trip to Australia we gave her a very general list of requirements: kangaroos, koalas, penguins, wine, climbing the Sydney bridge. She took that list and built out the most amazing trip we could have asked for! We experienced everything on our list - kangaroos in the wild, koalas in a nature conservancy, the penguin parade, a food and wine walking tour, and climbing the Sydney bridge - and much more, including snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef!<br/><br/>Meghan made this trip so easy for us! The best trip of our lives!
Last year I had a life and depth situation with my health. Following my treatment, I decided I wanted to take my entire family, wife, three daughters and eight grandchildren, to Disney. Megan was always there when we needed her and was on top of everything From day one until the day we left. There were four families going, flying from three different locations which she coordinated without a hitch. This Hawaiian vacation was smooth sailing.
Aloha! We went into the planning stages of this trip with one thought - we wanted to cruise around the Hawaiian Islands, but didn't have any experience with cruises. Meghan was with us start-to-finish, booking the cruise, the pre-tour, the flight, the hotel before the flight, the transports, the trip insurance. Every portion of this trip, she assisted. Our trip proved to be the perfect example of why you need a travel agent. During the first couple days of our trip there were numerous issues: with room keys not working, room service delays in the magnitude of hours, an absurdly long check-in process to find our rooms, and ultimately mechanical issues that were not working within our room. After spending a few hours cumulatively with hotel staff over the first two days, we had had enough. We contacted Meghan and gave her a summary of the issues we were experiencing. Even with us in Mexico, she was able to reach out to management at the hotel, and within hours the issues in our room were fixed and we had a manager regularly in touch with us to ensure the rest of our trip went seamlessly. Honestly, without having her as a travel agent in our corner, I fear the rest of our trip would’ve been marred with periodic issues that would’ve kept us away from our relaxing vacation. A fantastic trip, organized flawlessly by Meghan
Meghan patiently answered every question we had for her. When we were in the initial planning stages, she helped us narrow down what we were looking for. When it came time to select airfare, we were a complicated group (4 people who live about 4 hours apart). Choosing airports to fly out of was difficult. Meghan handled this with ease, offering us several different scenarios and options from multiple different airports so we could pick what worked best for us. Shortly before the trip, Meghan sent us an organized folder with every document we could ever need, all in one place. And she even included a giftcard to Starbucks--essential for any traveler. I can't recommend Meghan enough. She is a fantastic travel agent and I will absolutely use her again for my next trip.

Multiple Trips, Excellent Advice
My family and I have used Meghan multiple times for our vacation planning needs. Over the past 3 years, she has worked with us to book six trips to Disney World and an anniversary trip to Cancun. The Disney trips covered various needs; from a single family, to multiple generations, to couple only, to multiple families. Needless to say, she has done a fantastic job incorporating the travel needs/wants of each party to make sure everyone enjoyed their vacation. While I like to consider myself somewhat knowledgeable about Disney World, Meghan's knowledge laps mine and she has always given great advice on new activities, places to stay, and ways to help save some money doing it! Disney trip
We had a wonderful time in Disney the week of November 30, 2019 to December 7, 2019. We stayed at the Polynesian Resort and enjoyed our stay there. Meghan's ongoing help from the planning stages of our trip to the time we arrived home was exceptional. She was able to book almost all of the fast passes we wanted and she helped us make meal reservations that she suggested or we requested. Because of her diligent work, we were able to enjoy our Disney vacation to the fullest extent possible. It was a memorable experience and I can't want to have Meghan help us plan our next Disney trip.

Perfectly planned destination wedding!
Meghan planned the trip for most of the 50 guests at my son's wedding in Jamaica. She demonstrated attention to detail and concern for each and everyone of us. She was so inclusive and detailed in the information she gave that I was hard pressed to come up with a question for her! This was my husband's and my first trip to the Caribbean and it was seamless thanks to Meghan! She was not only available by phone and online but sent a detailed follow up letter with all the pertinent travel information we needed. Athletic Adventure
Meghan helped me plan our field hockey club's tournament travel to Disney. She was incredibly helpful in keeping a number of families on task and up to date about details and deadlines. Megan helped my family plan our first Disney vacation (and by helped I mean she planned it and we went on the trip) and it was absolutely amazing. Flexible, efficient and tenacious
After moving to the area I relied on a friends recommendation for a new travel agent. After he first few email exchanges with Meg, I realized she was a person I would enjoy working with on family trips and weekend getaways, because of her knowledge but more so because of the questions she asked. Meg really tried to understand the preferences of my wife, me, and our family to customize the trips. Our anniversary trip to New York was great, and our adventure to Africa was customized specifically to us. Even while abroad she was available, checking on us, and very helpful when plans changed. What impressed me the most was after our return, when she followed up and fought on our behalf with travel providers for part of the trip that didn't go as planned. I've worked with other planners km other parts of the country - Meg is just better than them. I strongly recommend her.
