Just returned from Cancun today. I was nervous at first with all the Corona Virus issues but Arik checked with me 2-3 times per day to make sure we were comfortable. I was on a Business Trip traveling throughout India and flying from Bangalore to Mumbai (Bombay, and then onto Hyderabad. My outbound flight was delayed which made my connection time in Mumbai not long enough. When I landed Arik called me and told me to proceed to the gate he specified and sent me a text with new boarding pass. All the people on my flight misconnected except for me. Arik watched my flight and knew exactly where I was and saved me from having to go to the Kingfisher customer service to get rebooked.
