I have booked many trips through travel agents and never have I had such great customer service. This is my first and definitely not last trip booked with Yvonne. Yvonne truly listened to what I wanted and what kind of experience I was looking for and helped me choose the best travel package for my first trip to Ireland. She was committed to me from the time I first asked her to find me a package to four months later when I’ve now been and returned. One of the best vacations - EVER!
Responsive, honest and very effective at helping book the right trip for individuals or groups. Yvonne recommended the most perfect resort for our group and it was a home-run. <br/><br/>We have been to many resorts before but her recommendation was bang on for what we were looking for this time. <br/><br/>It is rare but the trip was so perfect that it felt too long, lol. DREAM HONEYMOON SAVED!! ????
Working with Yvonne was honestly one of the best decisions we made while planning our honeymoon. We first met her at a wedding show, and right away her warmth, kindness, and genuine excitement for helping couples stood out to us. From that very first conversation, we felt like we were in great hands.
Yvonne helped us plan and book our dream honeymoon to Jamaica, and her knowledge and confidence throughout the process gave us so much peace of mind. When hurricanes forced our trip to be canceled, we were heartbroken and incredibly stressed. What could have been a complete nightmare turned into a manageable and even hopeful experience because of Yvonne. She immediately stepped in, reassured us, and worked tirelessly to rebook us in Punta Cana.
She showed unbelievable patience with all of our back and forth while we tried to choose a new destination and hotel. We never once felt rushed or like we were asking too many questions. She truly listened to what we wanted, respected our budget, and helped us find something that still felt incredibly special and perfect for our honeymoon.
What meant the most to us was how much she cared even after we left for our trip. Whenever we felt unsure about anything during our stay, she responded to our emails so quickly and always made us feel supported. She even followed up directly with the hotel multiple times to make sure we were being taken care of and receiving the best experience possible. That level of care and dedication is something we will never forget.
Yvonne helped protect and save such an important and meaningful life experience for us. We are beyond grateful for her kindness, patience, and commitment. Truly five stars isn’t enough. We would recommend her to absolutely anyone. ??????????

Making a dream come true
Yvonne was very helpful in helping us plan our trip to Japan. Even when one package was sold out she told us not to worry and she right. Everything worked out and we were very happy with the package and especially having people help guide us from the airport to the hotel and then to our other hotels. After doing this trip once we are already trying to find a way to go back eventually and we will definitely use Yvonne's service.

Yvonne has done it again!
Yvonne has become such an important part of my families travel memories. We're a family of four with two sons, ages 13 and 9. As the kids have grown, our travel interests have changed. It's so easy to send an email to Yvonne with some ideas and visions of what we're looking for and Yvonne gives us a few destinations that she thinks will spark our interest. This year we wanted to go all out for my dad's 60th birthday. We needed someplace warm, not so crowded and the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Yvonne gave us the perfect idea - Antigua and Barbuda. We researched the place and we knew that this was going to be perfect for our family! It wasn't your typical travel destination, the beaches looked beautiful and the island had a lot of adventure to offer my curious boys. So we booked the vacation. Wonderful Christmas Vacation!!
Yvonne did a fantastic job helping us organize our somewhat last minute trip to Mexico this Christmas. She sent us multiple options and ultimately helped us decide on a location and resort that was just right for our family. Yvonne was very accessible, always available by email or phone. Many hiccups but wedding turned out beautiful!
Our wedding venue (hotel) was changed three times due to the properties being sold. The last change occurred about three weeks before our wedding! Needless to say it was a bit stressful. Yvonne went out of her way to keep us informed and to ensure that each change went smoothly for us and our 30 guests who booked through her. We received calls from Yvonne on several Friday evenings (well after typical work hours) to provide us updates so that we would be able to relax for the weekend! Yvonne, is very professional, helpful and was very empathetic to our situation. Her calming and professional demeanor was much appreciated during the whole process. Many thanks to Yvonne for being instrumental in ensuring our destination wedding turned out beautiful!

Amazing destination wedding
Yvonne made planning a destination wedding so easy. She was persistent in every way. She answered every question that we had. She kept us up to date with information that was being given from our hotel. Once we boarded our flight to Jamaica, everything went so smooth. Even as we got to our hotel, we were all set up and ready to go. This was all because Yvonne. Our guests had the same experience with her and thought that she was amazing. Many said that they would recommend her services. For anyone planing a destination wedding or a trip in general, I would highly recommend her, as she was unbelievable. Perfect Trip to St Lucia
Yvonne helped us plan a delayed honeymoon at Sandals Halcyon Beach and the trip was just perfect. Our perfect honeymoon!
We’d never worked with a travel agent before but we decided we could use some help planning our honeymoon--and we’re so glad we did! Right away, Yvonne took the time to ask questions to understand what we wanted, and she made valuable suggestions to guide us along. There was some extra paperwork to travel during the pandemic, but Yvonne handled everything so we didn’t have to worry. She sent us a care package prior to the trip with some brochures and a document holder that we used to hold all our important documents during the flights. On the trip, we had a minor communication gap with one of the tour companies for an excursion the next day, but one quick message to Yvonne and everything was sorted out. That was so appreciated--the last thing we wanted on our honeymoon was to stress over logistics. Yvonne saved us so much headache both before and during our trip, she goes above and beyond to give you the best possible experience, and she really cares! We cannot recommend Yvonne enough!

Yvonne has been a pleasure to work with and an amazing travel agent. From my first trip to Jamaica in late 2013, she was there for me throughout the whole vacation. When i needed anything, she was there. My flight got cancelled from the ice storms in Canada and she made sure I was ok and set up for the night at a local resort in Montego Bay. After that, i am dedicated Yvonne as she provided service that went above and beyond. Since then she's the only one i go to. I've been to Jamaica twice and Dominican Republic for my honeymoon. Yvonne took care of our group of 43 for my destination wedding. We went to Jamaica and the resort she recommended (Grand Bahia Principe) and it was amazing! She set up everything from our flight, airport transfers, private tour operator (Samara is her name and she was so wonderful and trustworthy!) to special requests. I would highly recommend Yvonne to anyone, I also heard nothing but great things from all of my guests.

Honeymoon 2015 In Jamaica
A big huge thanks to Yvonne for making our honeymoon a huge success. Changed the dates on her a couple times but she was able to make the changes and provided all the necessary information for each change. There were no surprises at all. Our stay in Jamaica was awesome and she helped to arrange extra perks while down there without us knowing as well. We didn't have to worry about anything. We just enjoyed the room and the beach view all week.

I was looking to take a trip to Jamaica, but because it was my first time searching for an all inclusive trip and being outside of North America, I didn’t know where to start. What can I say. I gave Yvonne parameters of my vacation as I was not sure where I wanted to go. She sent me location after location, giving me many different choices of locations. She kept in mind everyone of the things that were important to me. When I decided on one of her recommendations and arrived I was blown away. The resort was spectacular, everything that I had hoped for along with some surprises that she knew about but I didn't. This made it an even better experience.
