The eruption of the volcano on the neighboring island of St. Vincent resulted in last minute cancellation of all flights to St. Lucia so we moved the trip out one month to let eruptions and ash settle. This required cancellation of the return flight, hotel stay and an excursion, then rebooking the trip as new. The second time we were to leave our flight out was delayed, which meant we would miss the connecting flight.
