I worked with Caitlyn to help plan my Honeymoon in Italy. Caitlyn was organized, easy to speak to and was quick with responses. We were able to do some amazing tours in Rome, Cinque Terre, Venice, and Florence. We were very grateful for Caitlyn, she reached out to us a week before our trip to inform us about a weather change and we were able to make adjustments to our packing list. We absolutely loved her recommendation to join a group tour around Florence, Italy that ended with a cooking class of a few classic dishes. She made sure we were able to see and learn about everything on our wish list: Colosseum, St. Peters Basilica, Trevi Fountain, Doge's Palace, Saint Mark's Basilica, Ponte Vecchio, Michelangelo's David at the Accademia Gallery, Coastal Life in Cinque Terre, and many many more. I will definitely be reaching out to Caitlyn again to book our next trip!
I can't say enough good things about Caitlyn and her incredible planning skills! She put together a thoughtful and well-organized itinerary for our trip to Seattle, Washington, and it truly made our experience unforgettable. Every day of the trip had a perfect balance of sightseeing, food, and downtime. Caitlyn managed to include must-see spots like Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and the Chihuly Garden and Glass exhibit, while also finding hidden gems like local cafes, scenic parks, and lesser-known neighborhoods that gave us a more authentic feel of the city. Her attention to detail impressed us yet again! From coordinating transportation to and from the airport, to adding us to group tours with dining reservations. She even included backup plans just in case something didn't go as scheduled, which gave us peace of mind. Caitlyn is great to work with. We used her to book a family trip to Canada. She handled everything from start to finish and even made sure our car seats were airline approved for our flights. She is very understanding and knowledgeable when it comes to traveling as a family. She even was able to get us some great wine tastings planned that allowed and catered to our kids as well!
