While in Belize, Cyndy arranged for my husband and I to work with a company that valued our time during our one day in port! It was so awesome to have our tubes carried over 1 mile into the Belize jungle (while other companies customers carried their own) and then have a personalized tour while floating the caverns!

We had booked a cruise that was delayed do to fog, and she even helped us get a hotel that evening when we were already in Galveston, Tx but couldn't get on the boat. Cyndy, owner of Nordyke Elite Travel, put together our family (of 11 people) trip together to Paris, France. She made sure every detail was taken care of and worked with our hotel manager and concierge to make sure that last minute changes we wanted made were done quickly. The manager of our hotel, the Hyatt, told us that she was one of the best travel agents he has ever worked with. She was in communication with him the entire time we were there, even with the time difference. We asked for several, unique things to be done (i.e., having an artist sketch caricatures of us as married couples, and then together as a group). She was able to find a French artist and an interpreter to come and do that for us. We brought home a great personal keepsake of our trip because of that. Cyndy is highly professional, on point, and has an incredible eye for detail. (It's not easy to manage 11 people, either!) Whether it's local U.S. travel or global travel, she takes all the worry and hassle out of it, leaving nothing but amazing adventures and fun. We will definitely be using her again!
