I definitely did not want to be up at 7 am nor did I have the time with three kids and getting them off to school. I referred another friend who was to join me but she later cancelled. He was very patient in assisting her and went out of his way with communication methods as she does not reside in the U.S. Overall, I am satisfied with the level of service I received and did not experience any horror stories as I have heard about other travel agents not notifying their clients of important details. He made recommendations based on my kids' ages and interests and he respected the choices I ultimately made. He is very responsive and got back to me very quickly each time I contacted him . I think that is actually one of the most important aspects a travel agent should have.

I felt Shawn really went out of his way to help plan our family trip to WDW. He was able to book all the dinner reservations and fast passes we wanted. He also gave feedback as to which ones to choose. He was very professional and timely in setting everything up. He communicated well and helped with any questions I had. It made the trip a lot less stressful on me! I would definitely plan our next Disney trip with Shawn.
