Viking Rhine Cruise
Donnetta did a fantastic job helping us pick and book a Viking River Cruise on the Rhine. She got us some on-board discounts and helped make hotel reservations for pre-cruise nights in Amsterdam. She also prepared a very detailed travel itinerary that included city guides and all our museum tickets, canal tours, etc. for cities we visited along the cruise route and pre- and post-cruise. We were able to give one copy to our kids so they knew exactly where we were and what we were doing each day. The same data was available on her travel app so we could access it by phone as well. Great job. Now she's working another Viking cruise for us!!

This trip exceeded our expectations!
We loved the personalized touches and any support that would make our trip stress free! We are older and very low tech and her hands on support made a big difference in the enjoyment of our trip. We knew she was there to contact even during travel if we needed her. Highly recommend

I started in Toronto for a few days then boarded VIA Train and started my cross country trip to Vancouver. Several stops were booked along the way and changed to Rocky Mountaineer in Banff. Ended a couple of days in Vancouver and then flew home. I would do it ALL again tomorrow if given the opportunity. There were a few hiccups along the way but I called or texted Donnetta and she had them taken care of in a flash minute.
