She planned an absolutely incredible 14-day Spain and Portugal journey for our multi-generational family group of 10, and it truly exceeded every expectation. We just returned from our very first family trip to Cancun, and it was absolutely incredible! To be honest, we were a little nervous at first about traveling to Mexico, especially with our two kids, but Helene immediately put our minds at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped us feel completely comfortable and excited about the experience. Helene went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect resort — we wanted something all-inclusive, family-oriented, laid-back, and right on the beach — and she nailed it. Every detail was handled for us, from flights and ground transfers to accommodations and excursions, so all we had to do was relax and enjoy. The trip was seamless from start to finish, and we honestly couldn’t have planned it better ourselves. We’re already dreaming about our next adventure, of course, with Helene's help again!

Working with Helene at Oceans Abound Travel Agency was an incredible experience! She was always available for questions and assistance, tracked our flights, and even alerted us to delays and gate changes. During our 14-day trip to Spain and Italy, she checked in often, booked all our tours and activities, and provided vouchers we could easily use from our phones. She also shared helpful tips on packing, currency exchange, and dress codes for churches. When I mentioned wanting to stay in a castle, she found a beautiful one in Tuscany that made its own wine and included a cooking class. I highly recommend Helene and her travel services—you won’t be disappointed!

Helene worked with us to plan our trip to Europe. She coordinated three separate schedules, arranged all the transportation, provided helpful information on travel, food, excursions, insurance, safety, and more. Most importantly, she listened to us and helped us create a terrific adventure that matched our wants and expectations. AND, she was there for us when things didn’t go as planned. This was a month long trip so something was bound to happen! But, a quick text to Helene and she had us back on track. She was awesome! She put together a Cruise Vacation for Me and My 3 kids! It was our very 1st time taking a Vacation and I wanted to go all out! She was very professional and explained and answered all of my millions of questions! She gave me 1st Class treatment the entire time! I contacted Helene because my son, who was a senior graduating from high school, requested that we go on a family cruise to the Caribbean. We also have twin daughters that were sophomores, and all three kids have birthdays in August. So this trip was to celebrate all of the things! Working with Helene was a breeze! I told her exactly what we were looking for and where we wanted to go, and she made it happen. She stayed within our budget, offered helpful suggestions, and made the entire travel process seamless. I will definitely reach out to Helene for our future travel plans. When our twins graduate in the next couple of years, I’ll be contacting her again to cruise, with a much bigger group we will be traveling with!

We booked several trips with (Helene), she was awesome. She handled our entire trip from flight, to rental car, to hotel. It was so nice to pass that responsibility to somebody as competent and timely as (Helene). She was also there for us the entire time to handle questions and deal with travel logistics. We have also used Helene for several other trips and she is my number one call I make ia to her for any travwlibf needs! I feel like I won the lottery having her as my traveling conaultent! I feel she is beat out there in the traveling industry!

Helene was very professional and fun to work with. She took my rough outline of a plan and brought everything together beautifully, even down to the transportation from the airport to our hotel late at night. The night before we were to leave, I started getting texts one after another about our flights being either delayed then eventually cancelled. A call to Helene, and she had us redirected and confirmed. We arrived as originally planned! This was a completely worry free vacation!!

I’ve worked with a number of travel agents and never have I felt so taken care of. Helene went above and beyond to make sure our first cruise was the best experience it could be. She took care of everything from excursions to tickets, to drink packages and rooms. She made what could have been super stressful, a breeze. I will def be using Helene again for any of our travel needs!!!
