Best trip my family and I have ever been apart of!
Shannon is by far one of the most caring, hard working, and amazing human beings I have ever met. Every part of the trip making process was smooth sailing because of Shannon! She responded to all of my questions and concerns in a timely yet in depth fashion. She always went over the top the help. She handled multiple obstacles that came up through the process, (covid 2020 anyone?). She did everything with a smile on Her face and always willing to go the extra mile. I have the blessing of knowing Shannon personally and I say blessing because it truly is one. I cannot recommend Shannon enough!!!!

Great Family Summer Vacay!
This past summer (August 22), our family traveled to Italy and split time between multiple cities. We only gave Shannon a few weeks to help us out, but the itinerary was great and the trip details were flawless. We will definitely be using Shannon again and very soon we hope!

Fantastic Greece Vacation

Girls Trip to Greece!
Shannon is full service! She guided our group of 8 ladies as we selected our destination., As we settled on Greece, Shannon helped us identify travel options and tour packages. She continued to help with navigating through weather problems that caused us to miss excursions. Shannon was instrumental in helping us secure refunds promptly and without hassle. Shannon is personable yet extremely professional. This is our second time using Shannon as our travel agent. Each trip has been fantastic , and I have recommended her to several friends here in Charlotte!

Amazing Alaskan Adventure

Fantastic Alaska Cruise
Shannon was great to work with in the year-long process of planning our Alaska Land Tour/Cruise for me, my wife and daughters. Ireland Vacation
Shannon went above and beyond making sure that all of our needs were met for our 20th anniversary trip to Ireland, she made everything simple and easy and was even there for us when we had a health emergency and helped us get in touch with the right people! I would use her again 100%!

Wonderful Journey Through Ireland
Shannon meticulously planned a flawless two-week vacation in Ireland for us that met our specific wishes. She provided expert guidance in helping us refine our goals and itinerary. She then helped us select an excellent firm in Ireland to arrange our specific transportation and lodging and she worked with them to establish our final itinerary. During our planning meetings Shannon was upbeat, organized, and efficient in her presentations and in her dispersal of travel materials. She was always very responsive to each one of our requests. She fully explained every aspect of our trip. Of equal importance, she provided many highly useful tips which enhanced our experience and added to our overall feeling of safety and comfort. <br/><br/>It was a true pleasure working with Shannon; she was both highly professional and personable. We look forward to working with Shannon again in the future and will happily recommend her to our friends.

Paradise in December
We have used Shannon to plan a number of our trips including a Panama Canal cruise for 2 and a family vacation in Hawaii for 7. In both cases, all of the arrangements, accommodations and travel plans came off without a hitch. She saw to every possible detail and made both vacations anxiety free. We would not hesitate to recommend her services. In fact, even now, she in in the process of planning an Alaskan cruise for our entire extended family.

GREAT TRAVEL AGENT
Shannon was exceptional to work with. She helped plan & organize our family trip to D.C. in May of 2018. She gave me many options of hotels to pick from, giving us the pro's and con's of some different locations, according to our plans during our stay. She gave us tips about getting around, helped explain the Metro system to us and even sent us admission cards for the Metro to get us started!! She was wonderful and SO helpful!! I would definitely contact her again in the future!! I would certainly give her name out to friends and family. Great job! Thank you!

Wonderful trip!
In the past, we’ve always planned our own travel. We decided to use a travel agent this year and Shannon was referred to us. She was amazing to work with and we couldn’t believe how easy she made it for us! We had a wonderful time on our trip and will definitely be calling Shannon to help with the next one!
