Trip of a Lifetime!
This was a somewhat complicated travel arrangement on a private yacht with 5 of us. Rachel handled everything. Airline travel was a bit complicated because of connecting flights and leaving enough time to get through customers on connections etc. things I would never have considered. So thank goodness for that. Plus we had to stay one night in a hotel on either end of our yacht trip so there was transportation to/from the airport and to/from hotel to the boat. Then there was the boat that took us to the yacht. Rachel didn't miss a single detail. She also gave us tips/apps etc. to use on the trip to ensure it went aqs smoothly as possible. she was within text range if we had any questions on the trip and then I arrived back home to find a postcard from her just to thank us for using her. Rachel is a Gem! Oh and almost forgot to say that the actual yacht trip was over the top! so amazing and such a high quality experience and crew on the yacht. She knew her stuff!

Rachel provides great insight and advice
Rachel was fantastic to work with as our travel agent. She was incredibly detailed, informative, and helpful throughout the planning process, especially when it came to our BVI catamaran trip. She made sure we had all the information we needed and answered every question thoroughly. What stood out most was how quickly she responded whenever we reached out, which made the entire experience stress-free and easy. Rachel’s knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication gave us confidence every step of the way. I highly recommend her to anyone planning a trip!

Trip of a lifetime
We took a trip of a lifetime from the our home in FL a quick stop in Philly then off to Dublin-Killarney-County Claire-Galway and then another flight to Portlugal to experience Porto-Braga and then back the way we came. There were planes trains automobiles and even a horse carriage and ferry! Did I mention we took my 4 year old ?? would you believe me if I told you this trip went so smoothly. Way more smooth than my last trip from FL-AZ. I know that it was smooth because we used Rachel as a travel advisor and she handled everything. All the crazy details and even surprised us with multiple sweet surprise details along the way. My husband couldn’t believe how well it went and how much he was able to let go and just enjoy the trip. I’m so grateful and will never try to plan a big trip without her I promise you.

Magic in the Swiss Alps
Rachel joined the planning of our family Christmas trip to Switzerland very late in the game (because I naively thought I could do it all on my own). There were a couple of items specifically that I needed help with.
Without hesitation, Rachel met me where I was in the planning process, completely navigated the items that had been causing me so much needless stress, and complied a beautiful itinerary for my family, including the things I had already planned on my own.
Had I known how easy and seamless this process was, I would have hired Rachel from the beginning. I will not make that mistake again. I am happy to refer Rachel to all of my friends and I will definitely be using her services again in the future!!

Mexico family vacation
Rachel,
Our trip to Iberostar Riviera Maya was wonderful! Everything was so well organized, and we really appreciated how helpful and detailed you were throughout the entire planning process. You made everything easy, stress-free, and it allowed us to just relax and enjoy a fun, memorable trip.

Seamless Lisbon + Algarve Family Trip
Rachel listened to our vision and then created a perfect and balanced Portugal itinerary for our family. Every detail was thought out in advance, changes were made quickly as needed, and by the time we arrived everything worked out wonderfully. Our hotels were wonderful, our guides and drivers were super friendly, and we experienced the perfect mix of planned activities and downtime to explore. I'm so glad we worked with Rachel because without her our trip wouldn't have been as smooth or as special!

South Africa and Mozambique
Rachel had us covered at every turn. The trip went off without a hitch. We were met at the airport and by drivers at every stop. Our trip was made more enjoyable due to Rachel's efforts

¡Viva Mexico!
Rachel was amazing from start to finish with our trip. She made everything so easy and was there to answer all of our questions along the way. Our resort was amazing! We stayed at the Imperial Valentín and could not be happier! She booked us two amazing excursions. The first excursion was to the Mayan ruins in Tulum where we also got to enjoy a traditional Mayan meal, zip lining, canoeing and swimming in cenotes. The other excursion was to Chichén Itzá, our favorite! We got to see the pyramid and learn all about Mayan culture. We also enjoyed swimming in cenotes and had a delicious lunch. She arranged private transport for our group to and from the airport and for both excursions. I unfortunately had to go to the hospital while in Mexico. Rachel was quick to recommend a hospital and helped me navigate the medical travel insurance, making it an easy process. We are so grateful to Rachel for helping us plan our best vacation!

Cruise to Ketchican
Rachel made this a memorable trip and we coudn't have done it without her. She made sure we had all of our stuff together and suggested some great excursions. We will definately be using Rachel to plan our anniverary trip to Italy.

A wonderful experience
Rachel was extremely helpful and diligent during our planning process. She tried to understand the type of vacation we wanted and put together a couple of proposals. During our trip she was accessible and reminded us about check-in, etc. I would highly recommend her services to all (and I have!).
