Best trips of our lives!!

Christy has always been so helpful with all the trips we have planned. If I am not sure where or what cruise line to use - she is there to give me suggestions and options. She takes care of as many details as you will let her!

We Don't Travel Without Her

We've booked 4 vacations (3 cruises and 1 Disney/Universal) for my family of 5 with Daydream Travel. The agent is always very punctual with communication and was a huge help in planning each trip. Highly recommend using Daydream Travel and save yourself some time and frustration.

Excellent customer service

We use Christy for all our family vacations. She also books all our travel for out of state swim meets. Always extremely helpful & thinks of everything. She makes it easy to have a blast.

Super Helpful and Knowledgeable

She has helped us on several trips for our family. She is so very patient and knowledgable and has hleped us when changes have had to be made. We could not have made our trip happen without her.

Amazing Alaska

Christy Bartlet is an AMAZING Travel Agent. While in Hawaii, our airline departure dates/times were changed and Christy was on it! She got us the best seats possible and was there for us every step of the way! Her knowledge of Alaska was really beneficial, and she worked with us staying with friends and relatives to experiencing whitewater rafting, a whale watching trip and the train. I never used a travel agent regularly before, but now Christy is our go-to for all our trips. Takes the worry out of inter-island hopping, and international travel!

Great Cruise

We appreciate very much all the hard work that our travel agent did to connect L*** back with us due to delays cause by the problems at the burning man festival. We enjoyed traveling back to Austin by Delta airline.

Always Helpful

Christy gives personal service - she pays attention to the details of your conversation and then makes helpful recommendations. She helped our kid enroll in the awards program, booked the best available seats, and then sent us a link to a professional itinerary with all the info available. Afterward, she sent me a list of travel tips for our kid since this is the first time she'll travel alone internationally. She was endlessly patient while we decided. She responded to our questions by text, phone, and followed up with email. I felt like we were her first priority and she really cared that the trip was successful - not just the details she booked, but she genuinely cared about the trip being enjoyable. You might think that using a travel agent is more trouble than booking a flight yourself, but my experience is that Christy not only saves us money, but she makes our trips better. Would recommend 100%.

Amazing Cruise!

The trip itself was amazing. All of the shore excursions were great. Especially the 3 days of private tours in Rome & Amalfi coast /Pompeii were excellent. All drivers & guides were excellent. Also I want to say thank you for all the amazing work you did to get L*** to Porto & on the boat. The only other comment is that in the planning stages of the cruise itinerary and other details there was a time of very little feedback & communication. That was a bit confusing but we also understand that you had some unforeseen medical issues. So in the end the communication & responsiveness was much much improved.

Amazing trip to Norway! Take one

Booked a very detailed two week air, land, and sea trip with Christy. Explained each location, lodging, air options, cruise categories, ports and helped book excursions. Planning another trip with her now for 2024. Highly recommended.
