He solved them and acted like it was a piece of cake to him! Everything has always run seamlessly when Jim has been involved. We have traveled with two other couples, and each time, he has masterfully tied the plans for all six of us together, so that we could relax and enjoy the journey. He is detail oriented, allowing for us to simply print out instructions, and take with us exactly the documents and information needed, without us having to weed through many pages of "blurb". We would use Jim and his company every time we travel with absolutely no hesitation! He has treated us like royalty, and we are not even "ten trips a year travelers". It doesn't matter that we live in different states from him, he just wants us to relax and enjoy our vacation, doing everything to make that happen.

Although I can only imagine how large Jim's clientele base is, I find it astounding how he has the capability to make me feel as if I am his only client. The level of personalized care, walking me through every detail, making the planning of this vacation completely worry-free. Oh, and I say that as a CERTIFIED worry-wart! Our first conversation, first sentence really, was me relaying to him how I was a veteran cruiser, but my companion was not, and I wanted him to feel the "Heaven on Earth" feeling I felt back in 1993 when I set foot aboard my first ship. He surprised me with his reply, something along the lines of he was going to ensure I had that same feeling. That was almost foreign to me. Someone concerned with my enjoyment?!! There were 5 agencies recognized by the BBB, all with A+ ratings, and I had every intention of calling each of them before committing to anything. Mr. Mason was the first and last call I made and the cruise was booked within 24 hours. That was April 14th, 2015. We leave for our cruise in less than 8 weeks. He has been in touch with us countless hours helping us with our additional needs such as getting from St. Louis to the actual ship, booking our airfare, our motel stay... which is above and beyond his call of service as he receives no pay for that. I can't wait to board the beautiful ship he chose for us, as well as the amazing room with balcony, adventuring on the ports of call he suggested, and much more! As I would love to stay aboard forever lol, I do look forward to sharing the wonderful experience we will have had with you all upon our return home. I can't wait! I'm excited every day! I have used this travel agent before and have always been completely satisfied. Jim looked at several cruise options, types of rooms available, etc. In the end we were able to get a suite for the cost of a regular outside balcony room due to an offer I was not originally aware of. He was always available to answer any questions and prior to the cruise sent us all of the needed documents along with luggage tags required by the cruise line and even threw in regular luggage tags to identify our bags for our own use when looking for our luggage then and in the future. They came with a see through small bag that I kept our passports in for ease in finding them quickly....another little bonus that was not expected. After arriving home, I found a note thanking us for our business. Another little extra that was certainly not expected but appreciated.
