She not only helps you plan a trip, but provides relevant & helpful recommendations after booking, prior to the trip, during, & even after you return! It was so helpful knowing she was available to answer questions or help with anything that came up! Our shuttle was delayed 2.5 hours driving back to the airport due to a bad traffic accident. We were unsure if we’d make our flight home. Jenny was proactive in helping us have a plan if we missed our flight. We made it to the airport in time, but greatly appreciated Jenny’s backup plan!
