Kyle was extremely helpful in coordinating a multi-destination trip for our family. We are not well-versed in travel abroad so his attention to detail was much appreciated. He coordinated our seat selection so we could sit together as a family arriving from different destinations. He helped settle an insurance question from the car rental agency when we were in country. This trip involved a month overseas in Vienna, Austria as well as almost three weeks in Santander, Spain. The trip went off largely without a hitch. Kyle was also helpful with my travel anxiety...
