Sheri made planning our stay in Cancun super easy! Two quick phone calls and we were booked! My husband and I had never been to Cancun before or had even stayed at an all inclusive resort. I will admit the price at first was a little shocking but we would do it all over again in a heartbeat! We were blown away by the resort (Secrets The Vine Cancun). Sheri said it was a gorgeous property and she was right! Since we were booking our flight separately, Sheri was able to provide transportation to and from the hotel with no problem. When we arrived at the resort, we were told they had upgraded our room at no extra charge and handed a glass of champagne. We had a Deluxe Ocean View room and ocean view did we get! The resort was beautiful, clean, the hotel staff was always friendly and wanted to make sure that we had everything we wanted. We had the perfect weekend, great food, great drinks, perfect weather. We will definitely be booking another all inclusive trip in the future!
