I called Jay in February to make plans to go to London and Paris with my cousin. We wanted to have a ten day trip in May/June. He booked our flights and made hotel arrangements. The hotel that he found for us was in the heart of London close to a lot of places to eat and shop . He got tickets to all the places that we wanted to visit ahead of time. Jay provided us with our tickets to the places we were going to visit through emails and printed copies. It was wonderful trip. We appreciate him checking on us during our trip and when we had a layover in Atlanta. I will get him to make all of my arrangements this next year when we go back to London.
