Teresa is a delight to work with. She asks questions to learn about my travel goals, and she listens. She does everything possible to accommodate my preferences. Before my last trip, she met with me to make sure all plans were in order, and she provided me with a goodie bag containing travel essentials...sunscreen, bug repellent, wipes, etc. Her positive attitude and attention to detail takes the worry out of travel. Amazing! She is just amazing! Last summer I came to Teresa with a crazy request. I found myself, last minute, with a lot of time in July so I decided I wanted to go to Europe for three weeks. But I only had a week and a half to plan everything. As some one who has never been to Europe before and hasn't really traveled alone I was in over my head. But Teresa came in was able get in all done in a week! She gave me great suggestions on where to go and things to see, plus safety tips as a young female traveling alone. Then, while I was on the trip, Teresa was still reaching out and trying to assist with reorganizing/rescheduling when one of my reservations got canceled.
I'm sure that Teresa would prefer to not have to plan something like that so last minute again, and for the future I definitely would like more time to plan as well, but it was a very unique situation and Teresa pulled it off, and was wonderful!
