The trip pretty much went as planned, and no fault of Amanda's but we had a hotel issue and we also made some changes along the way and Amanda was quick to adjust and get us covered for rooms for our entire 10 days without really any inconvenience. Had I tried to do this on my own, sure I could've booked the rooms ahead of time, but with the changes that happened, she was a life saver in keeping us under a roof and in a location to make our next games.

Loved having guidance with the planning, from resort, to flights, transfers and excursions. The only part that wasn't great was our first day of vacation was spent trying to get room reservations straightened out and also our excursions. It took a whole day away from our vacation.

We have met with Amanda a few times, the first being an informational gathering of ideas. Amanda gave us some brochures and ideas on different cruise options. We then met again and narrow down our search to the cruise line that we eventually went with.
I enjoyed my experiences with Amanda, I did mention to her that the fee that she charged at the beginning of our booking process, was well worth the money. I actually told her I didn’t think she charged enough, taking the time to do all of the research and digging should be compensated.
I am not a particularly experienced traveler, plus I do not enjoy digging around and finding options for myself. Having Amanda do it was well worth the money. There was also differences in the cruise lines that I wasn’t aware of, and her expertise was very valuable to us.
