Ladonna was excellent for our trip start to finish. She engaged us via telephone to get to know us, got a list of interests from the family we wanted to see, and also made suggestions of great places to go see. She was easily accessible by both phone and text, had quick responses at all times during planning and the trip itself, and is amazingly friendly. She was more excited for our trip than we were at times! She handled all the booking at all hotels, trains, cars, EVERYTHING, and within our budget! It went super smoothly the entire trip, everything worked out with only one minor hitch which was a manual booking a friend had recommended. That said, she worked through the hitch with perfect professionalism and it was a complete non-issue in the end. Considering this was a week in Ireland, a couple days in Northern Ireland, and another week in Scotland with trains, planes, cars, hotels, castles, ruins, the titanic, etc. it was simply amazing all around.

LaDonna planned the trip of a lifetime for my sister and me! We spent a month in Europe - two weeks on a group tour and two weeks traveling on our own. She booked us an Eastern European group tour through Contiki and we loved it! We became fast friends with the people on the tour and it was such an easy way to travel - just had to remember to set your alarm to get on the bus in the morning to get to your next destination. After the group tour ended, we went to some lesser known destinations in Germany, France, and northern Italy and LaDonna planned every step of these (planes, car, hotels, tours/activities). We were able to attend many local festivals and really felt like we were getting to experience Europe. My all time favorite place on earth is the top of a mountain in the Dolomites, and I had never even heard of them before working with LaDonna.
