Kelly did an EXCELLENT job of planning perfectly every detail of our trip from the flights, to the beautiful resort she recommended, to private transportation when we arrived in Cancun and then back to the airport. She explained in great detail what we needed to do to deal with Covid during our trip, how to set up Covid tests at our hotel, and what forms we needed to complete to return to the US. We felt very prepared. When there was a threat of our flight home being cancelled due to a hurricane, Kelly immediately booked an alternate flight for us (without being asked!) and kept us informed of the status of our flight. She not only planned the trip for us but also for two other families. All of us were amazed at how smoothly everything went due to Kelly's planning. We had a fantastic time and all three families will definitely use Kelly to plan future trips. She is the best!

My husband and I got married in the midst of the Pandemic, in Sept 2020. We had all of our plans in place to honeymoon in the Bahamas until 2 weeks before our wedding; 3 before our honeymoon, the Bahamas closed to tourists.
