We recently embarked on a dream trip to Athens and Santorini, and it wouldn’t have been nearly as seamless or magical without the expertise of our phenomenal travel agent, Matthew. From start to finish, He curated an itinerary that balanced history, adventure, relaxation, and breathtaking scenery, ensuring every moment was unforgettable.
His attention to detail was impeccable—securing the best flights, arranging smooth transfers, and booking stunning accommodations that perfectly matched our preferences. Incredible vacation in Italy
We recently returned from an unforgettable trip to Italy that was planned flawlessly by Matt from Level Up Travel. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
Matt helped us craft a personalized itinerary that balanced guided experiences with free time. Every detail was taken care of including smooth train travel between cities, transfers, and fantastic accommodations.
Some of the major highlights included private guided tours to the Vatican, the Colosseum, and the Roman Forum. Having a knowledgeable guide really enriched the experience and made it more personal and meaningful.
In Florence we had the most fun during a hands on pasta making class. We joined small group tours through the beautiful Chianti wine region and stunning Cinque Terre, both of which were well paced and organized.

An amazing experience!
Working with Matt was such a pleasure! It was our first time working with an agent and he truly was an expert plus was literally with us every step of the way while on our trip. He checked in at 3am to make sure our driver arrived to take us to the airport and was immediately on it when the airlines lost our luggage. He arranged to have another driver take us to get necessities. Matt even helped book an excursion for friends that we met. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and happy every step of the way. I would highly recommend Matt and his expertise.

Tour of Italy
Matt was great. He managed every part of our trip from planning until we turned it k off. Filled out our travel docs, helped us get travel insurance and even saved up money on the tour. I highly recommend Matt and Level up

The Best Travel Experience—Highly Recommend Matt!
Matt was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was a fantastic communicator from start to finish, helping us plan a trip that meant so much to us—our original honeymoon, which we had to postpone due to COVID. Every detail was handled perfectly, and we honestly have no complaints. Even while we were there, Matt was available to assist us, making the experience stress-free. No stress and all pleasure!!
Matt took away all the stress in trying to plan a trip to a place where I've never been before. Very informative, patient, and I liked that he offered different options (flights, hotels, tours) that worked with my budget. All I had to do is show up at the airport!! Thank you Matt and I look forward to planning my next adventure with you again!!

Incredible Africa Adventure
My Level Up Travel journey through Zambia, Zimbabwe, and South Africa was truly extraordinary! Matt flawlessly planned the perfect trip. He set up amazing excursions in Victoria Falls, from an experience at a cheetah sanctuary to observing the Victoria Falls, all the way to setting us up at the perfect safari camp in Kruger National Park. This level of personalized attention was beyond remarkable, ensuring that every day was a new and thrilling chapter of exploration. Chasing the Northern Lights!
It has always been a bucket list item to see the Northern Lights. When the opportunity finally arose, I jumped at the chance. Matt suggested Svalbard, Norway, which is way up in the Arctic. I knew it was going to be dark (24/7) and cold (-4F) but he thought I would have the best chance of seeing them up there. From the choice of hotel to the excursions, Matt meticulously planned the vacation to get the most out of the short time I was staying in Svalbard.
It was an amazing vacation and I had multiple opportunities to see the Aurora Borealis! Matt did a fantastic job and I look forward to working with him again.

Thanksgiving in Malaga
We took a short trip to Spain over Thanksgiving, and Matt at Level Up Travel put together an amazing itinerary. My family started in Madrid, and we met up in Malaga for three packed but enjoyable days.
We explored Malaga, did a day trip to Seville, visited museums, walked around the city, and ate incredible food. Matt even arranged a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner for us. Even though it was a quick trip, everything felt seamless and well organized.
I’d highly recommend Level Up Travel to help plan a trip you’ll truly enjoy and remember

West Coast Trip
Matt set me up at the Hotel Majestic was in Nob Hill and a great place to stay during the conference. Had a nice breakfast every morning and large room.
