Rachel went above and beyond in the service department, making several out of office hours phone calls to fix a hotel reservation issue which was not her fault. Since our cell service was spotty it was very helpful to have someone on the other side working to fix our issues. I've exclusively used self service online travel booking sites before, and never really understood why using an agent made sense. Now I really do see the value and I will be calling Rachel again for my next trip.
