April was so attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and detail oriented! I asked her so many questions and she was able to provide all kinds of great advice. Let me say that I had to do a lot of changes to our reservation and April pulled through. She even snagged our dining reservations super fast. I am also located in Hawaii so she was able to accommodate our time difference and still answer all of my questions in a timely manner. Everyone knows that Disney World is one of the most magical places on Earth, but what many don't know is that the magic begins before even setting foot in the parks. At least when working with April Wells of the Vacationeers. April truly delivered. We decided to celebrate our Honeymoon and First Anniversary at Disney World and the trip couldn't have been better. She gave us a detailed crash course in all things Disney and explained the intricacies of planning a trip. She managed to secure our choice of room at the Disney Yacht and Beach Club and all of our top-dining reservations, including Chefs De France and Cinderella's Royal Table, and walked us through each park day in a way to maximize our enjoyment and minimize the wait. I wish we had spent 2 days in the Magic Kingdom as well as a day at Epcot. We really loved our time at Universal but it was unusually crowded (due to events) for January. They had some sort of soccer event the weekend we arrived and a Christian rock festival the weekend we left. I cannot say enough good things about Shelby, our VIP guide. The children adored her and clustered around her like baby birds as she answered their non-stop questions with great elan. Everyone had a glorious time and I wanted to make sure I gave you my thanks for your part in making this wonderful vacation possible. While the VIP tour was pricey, it's the way to go if one can afford it. No two hour Tron waits for us! Our cruise was great! We all had an awesome, fun time.
