My wife and I recently completed a trip to Europe through Galia Travel.  The travel representative was Ally Santoro of Naples, FL.   Our trip was three weeks in duration, including a 2-week river cruise aboard Viking.  We told Ms. Santoro where we wished to go in addition to the cruise, and she took care of everything for us from that point.  Frankly, it was completely seamless.   There were a couple of issues that arose that were completely outside the control of Galia Travel, such as airline delays and agenda changes.  Ms. Santoro immediately responded and helped us resolve the dilemmas.  She was aware of the issues before we were, and I was amazed how quickly the potential problems were solved.   I would recommend Ally Santoro and Galia Travel to anyone contemplating a trip to any destination in the future.
