We try really hard to get to know our vendors before suggesting family and friends to use them. She assisted us in questions and concerns to get sorted out even after we were introduced (via email) to the wedding coordinator. This to me, was above when she needed to do. Even after everything was set in stone and paid for, she still kept in regular contact to make sure everything was transitioning smoothly. We are considering a tropical vacation later this year with people from Buffalo, Ny, the Twin Cities, MN, Denver, CO and Washington DC.
