Missy has planned a couple of trips for us now, and she's shown herself to be both knowledgable and easy to work with. For instance, I recently (foolishly!) had her book with a carrier against her advice, because it was a little cheaper than her original recommendation. My attempt go cut corners backfired when the cheaper carrier cancelled our return flight, and we had to book on the airline Missy had originally recommended, at the last minute. I learned my lesson- she knows her stuff!<br/><br/>We have enough confidence with Missy and her agency that we can let them book tours for us on our travels, and they've always turned out great.
