I needed a travel agent to help me book a trip for my parents to come see me in Belize, where I live. They do not travel often and I needed someone else to help them besides me. Most other travel agents would only give us one option. We had never been to Hawaii so we were basically clueless on where to go . Unfortunately by the time we made our decision the resort and area we had our hearts set on was booked. Somehow Alice managed to get us a room there later in the day.
