River Cruise
Ryan Warshaw is super to work with. He is always extremely quick to respond to emails and questions and will get back to you even when he is vacationing himself. Without him, we would not have known about the ability to just purchase the ground transfer from Amawaterways. He was able to find us a last minute cabin on this cruise and found us upgrades on our previous cruise, We will happily use Ryan again for any travel planning.

I had 2 encounters with Avoya Travel for my trip. The first one dealt by Anna was a total disappointment. The second encounter with Ryan Warshaw had been extremely great and pleasant. His follow up is superb.

France cruise on the river
The agent which I dealt with was not pushing the product. He was knowledgeable about the entire cruise and went out of his way to get the information that I need it. He also reached out to us, and then he Waze with helpful hints.

European River Cruise
Avoya was great and we have no complaints! The only reason we would not rate a 10 is because generally we don’t have many peers that go on luxury vacations so it really wouldn’t come up naturally.
