Jennifer made it easy for us to book for our first time cruise. We had lots of questions and uncertainties but she made it all disappear with her guidance and expertise. <br/>Because we never have been on a cruise ship, Jennifer shared her knowledge from what to expect when you are on this level of the ship. This helped us choose our room location. She helped look for flights and bus transfers. All in all, the booking experience was not stressful as I first thought. All because Jennifer was very friendly to talk to and she knows what to do.
Jen pays attention to details and likes to pre-plan as much as possible like me. She was available during the trip when we had questions and wanted to book something at the airport for our departure day. She's very kind and knowledgeable. We will be using her again!
