Antarctica Expedition Celebrates Beating Cancer
Robert was very professional, approachable, and informed. He worked with us to book an expedition to Antarctica with a relatively new cruise line that required more negoitation and communications back and forth on many unique details. For example, the cruise line web site didnt have an onbline booking system for excursions like sea kayaking. Robert researched this with the cruise line and got us answers in a timely manner. He got us booked for this amazing kayaking experience where as other passengers did not get booked through their agents or were wait listed. I got to kayak near a humpback whale and that was a 'once-in-a-lifetime' nature experience. Robert did very well helping us and we had the trip of a lifetime.

A fun trip booked quickly!
Robert is really receptive to his clients' needs. He listens well. We had an old coupon for a cruise, which he got the cruise line to honor, even though it was old. He is a fun and remarkable young man, with a bright future ahead of him! Use him. Tell him exactly what you want: I dare say, he can find it, and make it happen!

The smoothest trip I’ve ever had
Robert did a spectacular job. 10/10. All questions we had he answered. Immediate responses. I don’t usually deal with travel agents (my mother-in-law acquired his assistance) but because of him I will from now on. He made such a difference.

Compassionate planning
Robert has been wonderful to us. We scheduled a cruise from Lyon to Avignon last fall. Several days before the trip my husband had a small stroke and we were unable to go. Robert responded promptly, and worked with us and Ama Waterways to ensure we could make this trip in the future. He not only was professional but is kind and compassionate. We have begun-landing again and he continues to be responsive and wonderful to work with.

Best Travel Agent
Robert has helped me book 2 cruises - one on Seabourn (Caribbean) and one on Silversea (Med/Middle East). He is super responsive whenever I contact him. And he is very knowledgeable about the different cruise lines. Since I usually cruise solo, he sent me great information on low single supplement cruises. He answers all my questions. The Best Time Ever!
I have travelled on Avalon Waterways twice with Robert as our travel agent. Both trips were fabulous! Robert was always available to us and responded to any emails immediately.
