Sue Scaletta went above and beyond to get our airline tickets for us. It seems that when Scenic started our air travel reservation they did not finish the reservation nor pay for the tickets. It was Sue who got in touch with Scenic's Air Department and got Scenic to finish the reservation and pay for the tickets. This all took place while we were standing in line at the ticket counter. Sue is marvelous and, also, has such expert advice. She truly saved our vacation for us!
