In 2010 I became a Travel Adviser and started out doing cruises. I love to cruise, vacation, and feel pampered while I am relaxing enjoying life. About eight years ago, I was introduced to Sandals and Beaches Resorts. All Inclusive is the way to go! On one of my stays at a Sandals Resort, I witnessed a Destination Wedding. I was so intrigued how it was put together that I had so many questions. I was influenced by one of my peers to begin learning more about the process for the destination weddings. Once I learned more about what people were visioning for their special day, I got off the high seas (cruising) for a bit and started to focus on destination weddings. I love working with couples, seeing their visions, and help make their dreams come true on their special day. I like to work with resorts who go out of their way to make the couple happy. I do work with Sandals Resorts as I feel that they have the best to offer as far as a job well done. I enjoy working with other resorts as well. I not only enjoy booking destination weddings, but also family and group vacations. Whether you are looking for an all-inclusive or a simple weekend getaway cruise, I can help you book that vacation. My personal favorite Caribbean Island is Jamaica. I love the people, music, and the Food. Jamaican people always make you feel at home, at lease that is how they make me feel. Although, there are many wonderful Islands in the Caribbean.Being a Travel Adviser makes me happy knowing I can assist others who want to travel and make memories. In 2015, I began expanding my career in Destination weddings, when a friend of mine asked me to help her plan a wedding at a resort. I began researching destination weddings and started working with Sandals and Beaches Resorts. Seeing what an excellent job they do with all the details to help create a magical experience gives the bride and groom plenty of options to pick from to make their day perfect. Like Sandals and Beaches, many other resorts that I work with also provide wonderful wedding specialists that can work closely with couples to ensure their day is perfect.During your destination wedding process, I would be assisting you with finding the best resort for your budget, since destination weddings usually cost less than a traditional wedding. I will also be helping to accommodate your guests and if there are children present. Some resorts are adults only, but I can help you find a resort that welcomes families with children. While you are planning your wedding, I can help your guests plan a vacation at the resort you pick. After all, the more rooms that book for your wedding, the cheaper it will be for you!There are so many wonderful Caribbean Islands, Jamaica is my favorite island. I love the Jamaican people, they are very friendly and will go out of their way for you. The food is so tasty, the resorts are very clean, and the rum is good too. Mexico is another very popular place for destination weddings. I work with many resorts there as well.In helping you decide on a resort, keep in mind, each country or island has different rules when it comes to getting married there. Some require a blood test or a length of time you need to stay in order to marry. Some question: will it be a legal wedding or a symbolic wedding? These are questions that you may have that I will have answers to.
