Sandals South Coast in Jamaica
Sandals South Coast - I can say so much about this beautiful resort! It is absolutely amazing! The staff was wonderful and we started in a butler one bedroom. The butler was fantastic and we wanted for nothing. We then left that room after two days and went to a Rondoval and it was AMAZING!! These suites are so private and the lazy river that flows down through the 20 Rondovals makes for a very relaxing and private vacation. I did love the one bedroom also with a view of the ocean and the beautiful sunset. There are so many activities that are included here at Sandals which is not the case at most all inclusive resorts.
If you going to take a trip to Jamaica. I always suggest using Club Mobay when coming because it just is so streamline. You off the plan and they are waiting with a sign with your name on it and then take you right through the customs check in line and through all the security and take you right to the Sandals or Club Mobay lounge to sit and relax, get a drink before your driving gets there to pick you up. When you return to the airport to go home the lounge there is fantastic and you can wait in there and be comfortable and charge your electronics and eat from the amazing buffett area and they call off the gates and times while you are on there so you do not miss when your gate is about to board.
The Butler - Some might say " I dont need a Butler" and for awhile I was one of those because I am not a very needy person but I will say that he was AMAZING! We do not drink alcohol so he made sure he met us at every meal and he went and got out mocktail first thing and made sure we were all set. We then would get mocktails throughout the day. He made all our dinner reservations for us and met us at each one of those. He set us up with a cooler on the beach with drinks and snacks while we were there. You can ask them for anything and if they can they will get it for you or do it for you. They are amazing! They are the only people you are allowed to tip at Sandals because they are so hands on.

Honeymoon
Sonia Shultz gave very personalized attention to the details of our honeymoon getaway to Disney World. BEST SPRING BREAK EVER
Sonia was the most amazing travel agent I could have asked for. My 6 friends and I booked our college senior year spring break through her! Sonia booked my family at the Villatel Orlando Resort In Orlando, Florida.
First of all, I was on Facebook one day and chose Sonia by random. This is my first time using a travel agent at the age of 67. I was very impressed. Sonia is very professional. I emailed her and she responded promptly. I was a bit of a nuisance. (I was sick of myself). we had a delay in getting my grandson's passport and them a delay in getting all my funds. But, thru all of that, Sonia still stuck by us. She found this beautiful resort in Cancun ,(Ocean Riviera Paradise)for us. I did a countdown calendar for my grandson with a photo of the resort. e were ALL excited. When the passport didn't come, We went to plan B. Thru the entire process, she never waivered. I was all over the place!!!I would keep her updated on our progress. I thought she was going to think I wasn't serious for all the delays. She had a LOT of patience with me. In one of her emails, she said let me know when you're ready. We'll find something for you. FINALLY, when my funds arrived and we didn't get my grandson's passport, I emailed Sonia and told her I was ready. She booked our spring break vacation the Thursday before our break started. it started the following Monday. She also found an awesome resort for my birthday in December. Overall, I will recommend her to anyone that I know is serious about traveling. She texted us and asked us about our stay. I thought that was very kind of her. She is an asset to your company. We went to Regency La Toc in St Lucia for our honeymoon! We had the most special experience from the honeymoon set up in our room to our butler setting up a candlelit dinner on the beach for us.
