Karis went above and beyond, and not just on booking my travel bundle. I have used other TA’s in the past and their involvement usually ended once the vacation was booked, but not Karis. She was on top of everything when we missed our connecting flight making sure the airline got us vouchers and hotel accommodations. When the airline lost our luggage she stayed up until nearly midnight tracking them down to ensure they would at least be at our destination when we arrived. Once we made it to our resort I messaged her about some issues I had with our room and she promptly alerted the resort, I had someone knocking on my door 2 hours later to rectify all the issues. Once we made it home she helped me file the claim for our travel delay, lost luggage, and travel interruption. I will definitely be using Karis as my TA for all future travel adventures!!

Monkey and Sloth excursions were fun. The pic ending in 203701 (picture is on FB & IG ) was from the Beachers Bar & Grill, we had a lot of fun there. We walked up and down the West Bay beach trying different bars and restaurants. I had a great time snorkeling. If you ever have a client that is looking for a place to go snorkeling, I highly recommend it. The water was the calmest for reef snorkeling that I’ve seen. I would be willing to talk to a client of yours to give them first-hand information about it. I would recommend Karismatic Adventures to a friend. Karis did a great job. She stayed in touch with us. Karis went above and beyond, and not just on booking my trav...el bundle. I have used other TA’s in the past and their involvement usually ended once the vacation was booked, but not Karis. She was on top of everything when we missed our connecting flight making sure the airline got us vouchers and hotel accommodations. When the airline lost our luggage she stayed up until nearly midnight tracking them down to ensure they would at least be at our destination when we arrived. Once we made it to our resort I messaged her about some issues I had with our room and she promptly alerted the resort, I had someone knocking on my door 2 hours later to rectify all the issues. Once we made it home she helped me file the claim for our travel delay, lost luggage, and travel interruption. I will definitely be using Karis as my TA for all future travel adventures!!
