While my professional journey in wellness travel is just beginning, my personal path has been deeply intertwined with the power of travel, nature, mindfulness, and conscious living for many years.I believe that travel is more than an escape — it’s a return. A return to ourselves, our values, our health, and the rhythms of nature that modern life too often pulls us away from. That belief is at the heart of everything I do.</p>

<p>Like many in the wellness space, my calling was born from personal experience. I found myself caught in the cycle of burnout — overworked, undernourished, and spiritually disconnected. What began as a desperate need for rest turned into a life-changing move to the beaches of Costa Rica. I immersed myself in the culture, ate fresh food, learned to meditate, and for the first time in years, I truly listened to my body. I came home different. Inspired. Awake.That move planted a seed that grew into a passion — not only for my own healing but for sharing this kind of transformative travel with others. Since then, I’ve explored wellness destinations across the USA — from women’s circle in Missouri to sound healing retreats in Arizona — learning, connecting, and slowly building a foundation rooted in authenticity and care.</p>
