Excellent service. In Dec.2021 I fell and broke my femur 1 day before a 2 week cruise. Dana took care of all shipboard details also all insurance details. Just wanted to say THANKS for setting up our Secrets Riviera Maya vacation. We had an awesome time on our 40th anniversary even though it rained the first four days, but had a great time in spite of that. It was everything you said and more.
