Trip was pure perfection from start to finish!!
Susan was absolutely AMAZING and made planning our trip seamless!! I can honestly say that because of all of the details and attention Susan put into our trip it was PERFECT! Susan Kerr Travel is the only way I will ever book a trip in the future!

Great travel agent!!!!
Sue has always been very helpful in planning our trips for both our honeymoon and our vacations. She has an inside take on what the best places to visit are and the things not to miss. She wants to give us the best experiences for the best price. She takes care of everything for us. She keeps us organized! She is easy to get along with and very responsive. I would trust her to plan any trip. We had to rearrange our trip because of the pandemic recently and Sue took the reigns and managed all of it for us. We didn’t have to do a thing. We had another experience where our trip was cut short because of a hurricane and again Sue helped us “manage the storm.” You will be in good hands with Sue. I would highly recommend her!

The smoothest trip ever.

A honeymoon to remember
Susan went above and beyond to meet our expectations and needs when planning our honeymoon. She made a once in a lifetime vacation something to cherish forever. We would not have had the experience we will always remember if it weren’t for her level of expertise and dedication. I, and my husband, would highly recommend her to any and all of our friends and would definitely use her in the future for upcoming vacations.

We could not have asked for better experiences!
Sue is always receptive to my million questions, patient, and detail oriented! She planned our family Disney trip and our Universal Orlando trip. We could not have asked for a better experience. She is extremely knowledgable and did so many extra things to make sure we had the best trips. They will forever be great family memories, thanks to her. We cannot wait to book our next trip!

Honeymoon of a lifetime!
Susan was great! She communicated throughout the whole process (especially with all covid regulation changes). She planned the perfect vacation for us and made sure it was 100% what we wanted! She was able to make due with our budget and left us plenty of free time so we could explore and adventure on our own.

Best Trip Ever!
It was a great pleasure working with Sue, I highly recommend her services! She was knowledgeable, always responded within 24 hours, kept us on track with everything we needed, planned our 40th celebration with 2 rebooking's because of the pandemic without a hitch! We couldn't of done this without her Sue. She knew what would be best for us, booked it and the trip was AMAZING because of her expertise! We cannot wait to start planning our next trip with Sue :)

Trip to Aruba!

Never disappointed!
I’ve looked to Susan many times when booking family vacations. She has helped with simple weekend getaways to planning a major Costa Rican adventure. Simply Outstanding Service!
I've worked with Susan to plan two of our European vacations, both of which were exceptional. She is very articulate, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and responsive. Susan is a great listener, who 'heard' exactly what type of experience I was looking for each time. She then shared options and adjusted her recommendations/options as I responded. The end result were trips that exceeded our high expectations. Susan helped plan flights, luxury transfers, and select the perfect accommodations in each case. With all those parts of the trips so well done, our only concerns were what amazing excursions and experiences we would enjoy each day. I wouldn't have changed a thing. During one trip I called Susan to alter our plans to extend and add a 3 day stay in Iceland, where we were flying through on our way home. Overnight everything was planned perfectly. I could not recommend Susan more highly!<br/>

Great times in Jamaica
I have booked two Jamaica trips with Susan and she does an excellent job. From the planning stage right on throughout the trip itself, the service she provides , especially the small details , makes the vacation a seamless and enjoyable experience.She is well versed in the Island resorts as well as the servicing airlines. I highly recommend her services.
